Q: Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
Kicks Kenya sells new items. All items listed here are in good condition.

Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
A: We suggest referring to the size guide for comprehensive sizing info. Or simply visit us instore to try before you buy! 

Q: Do you sell giftcards?
A: Yes we do! The gift of choice is one of the greatest gifts we recommend. Please see them at the Gift Section above.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders within Nairobi are delivered on the same day and may take 1-2 days to ship countrywide. All stock listed online are on hand. 

Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking link or you can call our number for confirmation. 

Q: I received my parcel but there some items missing from my order?
A: Incase of any issue with the order, our teams are always ready to assist with any issue at hand. Call or Text to 0713497021 

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns but we offer size exchanges, also kindly note that if the item purchased is not in its original condition, the exchange will not be allowed. All exchanges are strictly done through our WhatsApp number or Email: support@kickskenya.com
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship worldwide through DHL and shipping may take 10-15 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for custom duties relevant to your country.
