Domestic Shipping

We offer delivery within Nairobi and nationwide in Kenya. For deliveries within Nairobi, we have a cash on delivery option or payment via our MPESA 680781 buy goods option. We offer card payments in our Nairobi office located in Kenya House Complex Room S21, Koinange/ Monrovia Street. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, we offer MPESA buy goods payment prior to delivery only. We issue a tracking confirmation code and offer delivery services via the preferred courier service.

Additional courier charges are incured by the buyer incase more is needed. 

Express Delivery

Express delivery is offered for Kicks Kenya between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday. 

Store Pick Up Orders (SPUs)

Kicks Kenya orders can be sent to our main store for pick up. Store Pick Up Orders should be collected within 7 days of purchase. There is no delivery fee for Store Pick Up Orders.

Refunds

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through Mpesa). The refunded amount will include 100% the value of the item but will not include any shipping, custom duties for international orders, taxes or packaging fees. Refunds are processed immediately when the returned item (s) has being received and accepted by Kicks Kenya Store Department.
