MARKETING ASSISTANT (AGE 20–30)

About the Role

We’re looking for a young, sharp, and culturally aware Marketing Assistant to join the Kicks team.

This role is for someone who understands sneakers, social media, and street culture and wants to be part of building a brand, not just working a job.

You’ll work closely with the team on content, campaigns, and daily brand execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content & Social Media

  • Assist in planning weekly Instagram content
  • Shoot and edit content (iPhone is fine)
  • Post and manage daily stories
  • Stay on top of trends across Instagram and TikTok

Campaign Support

  • Assist in product drops and campaign rollouts
  • Help coordinate with creatives (photographers, designers)
  • Support execution from idea to launch

In-Store & Culture

  • Capture in-store moments and customer experience
  • Support events and activations
  • Pay attention to what customers respond to

Brand Research

  • Keep up with leading brands in the space
  • Bring ideas and inspiration consistently

Who We’re Looking For

  • Age: 20–30
  • Strong interest in sneakers and streetwear
  • Active on Instagram (and ideally TikTok)
  • Good eye for content and aesthetics
  • Creative and proactive
  • Organized, consistent, and is good at Daily, Weekly reporting
  • Willing to learn and go beyond

Not for You If

  • You’re not interested in fashion or sneakers
  • You’re not active on social media
  • You struggle with consistency or attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Very Important)

  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Inshot, Premiere, etc.) or other mobile phone apps
  • Iphone Photography
  • Canva or design skills
  • Experience running or growing a social media page
